Repairs24.shop provides professional home appliance repair services in Noida and Greater Noida. Our services include repair, maintenance, and servicing of home appliances.

3. Service Response Time

We provide estimated response times (30-60 minutes depending on location). These are estimates and may vary based on:

Traffic and road conditions
Technician availability
Number of pending service requests
Emergencies and urgent cases
Weather conditions

4. Pricing and Payment

Service charges and part costs will be provided before starting work. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, cards, UPI, and digital payment methods.

5. Warranty Terms

Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on our repair work. If the same issue occurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will repair it free of charge.

Parts Warranty

All replacement parts come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty (or longer for certain brands). This covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents or misuse
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Natural wear and tear
Issues arising from improper maintenance

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a scheduled service:

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before appointment
₹100 cancellation charge if cancelled between 4 hours and 2 hours before
No refund if cancelled less than 2 hours before appointment

7. No-Cost Inspection

We provide free inspection and diagnosis. There is no charge for inspection even if you decide not to proceed with repairs. However, if the technician is not allowed to inspect (locked door, access denied, etc.), a service visit charge may apply.

8. Spare Parts

All spare parts used are 100% genuine from authorized dealers. We do not use:

Duplicate or counterfeit parts
Refurbished or second-hand parts
Non-original components

9. Liability Limitation

Repairs24.shop shall not be liable for:

Loss of data or personal information
Indirect or consequential damages
Issues arising from improper use after repair
Damage during transit if sent for repairs

10. Technician Access

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the appliance for inspection and repair. The technician must be given access to electrical outlets, water sources (if needed), and the appliance itself.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website are the property of Repairs24.shop. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for all repairs.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
